My name is Taylor Lofton, and I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Tennessee Technological University with a bachelors in psychology. I graduate May 2026 and will continue to pursue getting my license in Tennessee.

My passion for mental health stems from my personal experience of healing as well as watching those closest to me undergo their own journeys. These experiences along with my faith have shaped my commitment and passion for supporting others in their pursuit of healing, growth, and resilience. I have first hand seen the power that can come from sitting in a safe space and processing the little and big things going on in your world. A few of my current therapeutic areas of interest are anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, addiction and substance abuse, as well as working with the adult and elderly population. 

When I am not at school or work I am definitely a homebody and love spending time with my boyfriend and family. I am always down to try a new recipe, binge a series, or go on a run.
