Kate Lynch, LMSW
As a wife and mother of three busy kids, I understand the importance of creating balance and finding peace amid the chaos of life. With extensive experience supporting children, preteens, teens, and adults in both outpatient and hospital settings, I’m deeply committed to helping individuals and families navigate their mental health journeys. Whether dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or the stress of parenting, my focus is on creating a compassionate and structured environment where you can feel truly heard and supported.
In my practice, I believe in setting clear and attainable goals so together we can track your progress and celebrate your achievements. Whether you choose the connection of in-person sessions or the flexibility of telehealth, I’m dedicated to walking alongside you every step of the way on your path to healing and personal growth.
Aside from providing therapy, I enjoy watching college sports and spending as much time outdoors as possible. I love reading both for fun and education and I am a firm believer that trying new foods is the best part of traveling.
