Julie Krager, LCSW

Clinical Director

For over 15 years, I had the opportunity to serve students and families in the church setting. In 2015, our family made the move to Middle Tennessee and we love living here! After moving to Tennessee, I learned about anti-trafficking advocacy and shifted to serving survivors of human trafficking and sexual assault in the non-profit sector. These combined experiences have prepared me to support youth, adults, and families. I am passionate about advocating against sex-trafficking and raising awareness for prevention education in our community.

I received my Masters in Social Work from Middle Tennessee State University with a focus on trauma informed counseling and a B.A. in Adolescent Studies/Youth Ministries. Life can be complex; it is a privilege to help journey through challenges with resources, skills, and support. Seeing lives restored includes working with clients who experience anxiety, PTSD, depression, complex trauma, religious trauma, and other co-occurring disorders.

I am also a wife and a mom of two sons. When we have leisure time—it’s spent on the soccer fields, hiking, water skiing, or horseback riding.
