Jenna Reither, Master’s Level Intern

I grew up in Memphis, Tennessee and moved to Spring Hill in 2020. I am thrilled to be a part of supporting the community I love! While working in ministry administration for the past 5 years, my greatest joy in my role was offering comfort, understanding, and support to the hurting people who crossed my path. In 2023, I felt a strong desire to help meet the rising need for mental health services and began pursuing my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University.

I have a heart for individuals who feel lost, alone, and stuck. I love creating a warm, empathetic environment where individuals feel safe and comfortable to be real and unfiltered. Using a cognitive-behavioral approach, my focus is helping clients make sense of confusing, destructive patterns that leave them feeling powerless. I am a strong believer in the mind-body connection and aim to offer an integrated approach that promotes holistic healing.

When I’m not counseling I love cooking and baking, reading, spending time with friends and family, and snuggling my cat.
