As a therapist, I’m passionate about creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to explore our stories with honesty, curiosity, grace and compassion.
With over ten years of experience in residential, IOP and high school settings, I have a strong professional focus on working with adolescents and young adults. I am committed to helping them navigate the unique challenges of identity, relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, and the transition into adulthood. Whether someone is figuring out who they are, coping with the academic or social pressures, or finding their place in the world, I aim to provide a calm, encouraging space where they can develop confidence and resilience.
My broader clinical experience includes supporting individuals, couples and families through life transitions, relationship concerns and personal growth. I also draw from my own life experiences of balancing motherhood and identity, building healthy relationships, and learning to extend grace to connect with clients in an authentic and relatable way.
The goal for the sessions is to foster clarity, establish confidence, develop meaningful coping skills and support ongoing progress towards personal growth.
Outside the therapy room, I can often be found baking something sweet, planning my next Disney trip, or spending time with my family. These personal joys remind me of the importance of connection and balance which are values I bring into my work with every client.
