We are excited to inform you that Wholehearted Counseling is in the process of applying for 501(c)3 tax-exempt status with the IRS, and we expect to receive approval within the next few months. Growing Wholehearted over the past five years has been a faithbuilding journey and we have seen our purpose clarified and welcomed in our community. Our hope is to continue to provide quality mental health care at an affordable price to Spring Hill and the surrounding areas.

Although we do not yet have official tax-exempt status, we are pleased to let you know that, once our application is approved, all donations made after the date of our incorporation, July 1, 2025, will be retroactively considered tax-deductible. This means that, once tax-exemption status is granted, your generous contribution will be eligible for tax-deduction purposes, even if the donation is made before the official approval.

We are incredibly grateful for your support as we continue to work toward our official 501(c)3 designation, allowing us to provide much needed counseling services to more families, and we are committed to keeping you informed as we progress in this process.
