Caitlin Hollen, LPC-MHSP (temp)

I work with children, teens, and adults navigating a variety of life challenges, with a particular focus on anxiety, perfectionism, and the unique experiences of being gifted or neurodivergent. Many of my clients describe feeling “different,” like they’re too much and not enough at the same time. I understand the courage it takes to step into therapy and seek support when life feels overwhelming or isolating.

My passion for this work is deeply personal—I know what it’s like to wrestle with anxiety, ADHD, giftedness, and perfectionism, and to feel out of place even in a crowded room. These experiences have shaped my commitment to creating a safe space where those feelings are met with compassion and where clients can begin to feel truly understood.

In session, I bring warmth, curiosity, and steadiness. I adapt my approach to each person, incorporating techniques like Brainspotting to help clients reconnect with resilience, process their experiences, and move toward growth and healing. My hope is that through our work together, clients will develop a stronger sense of belonging and find their place in the world with greater confidence.

When I’m not in the office, I love exploring new coffee shops, spending time near the water, reading, and hanging out with my two dogs and two cats.
