Ashley Culpepper, LPC-MHSP (temp)
Growing up in rural Mississippi, therapy was a foreign concept for a long time. Then I experienced my own mental health struggles after my children were born. And in 2019, my life purpose was made clear to me: encourage others and help them heal, just like others have done for you.
I am passionate about making therapy approachable and normalizing conversations about mental health. My background includes helping those with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, addiction, and those who want to understand more about themselves. In session I use a combination of empathy, neuroscience, and humor.
When not in the office, I like to spend time with my husband and two kids, daydream about our next trip, or geocache.
